Once we find out where you’re located and what the job requires, we’ll give you a rough written estimate for the job and work out a suitable time for us to come by and get to work.
When we arrive, our specialists assess the area. If you’re having a maintenance clean, we’ll get to work with our industrial-grade steam cleaning equipment to remove dirt and grime. This process may take from 1-2 hours depending on the area.
After we’ve completed the steam clean, you’ll notice your carpets start to dry within a couple of hours, but we advise you to stay off them until they’re completely dry – which might be up to 24 hours or so.
Before we leave, our commercial steam cleaning specialists will briefly take you through the process and treatments we’ve applied to your carpets, and offer tips on how to keep your flooring looking good until it’s time for another steam clean.

How often do I need commercial steam cleaning?
As a business owner, you’ll know that your premises can see a lot of foot traffic. For this reason, we recommend a commercial steam clean of your carpets (and furnishings, if applicable) every 3-6 months. In between, we’ll give you instructions on how to maintain your flooring and keep it looking good.
What commercial steam cleaning equipment do you use?
We use industry-leading, hot-steam vacuum extraction and quality, Australian-made cleaning products. Our machines are both portable and truck-mounted – and what we use on the day will depend on your location and the access. If you’re city-based, there may be restrictions we have to work around, but we’ll talk to you about this when you book.
Why do you only do steam cleaning?
Steam cleaning provides a deep, industrial-strength treatment that’s also eco-friendly. Other methods such as bonnet cleaning or encapsulation cleaning just don’t pick up the amount of dust and debris in your carpets.
Will my carpets all be dry after 24 hours?
Our commercial steam cleaning systems mean we’re able to recover a lot of the water after a cleaning session, and your carpets will start to dry within 3-4 hours. Drying times also depend on the seasons (carpets dry faster in summer, for example) and on the conditions of your establishment. We do recommend everyone stays off the carpet during drying times.
